Network switch failure impacting Teamcenter, Central Web, etc.

An overnight network switch failure on Jan. 13/14 impacted the central web server, Redmine and CRL certificates (Yubikey authentication). The switch was replaced, and as of the morning of Jan. 14, there were remaining issues with network-attached storage (NAS) which impacted Teamcenter. As of the afternoon of Jan. 14, we believe all services have been restored. Please report any remaining issues to the Service Desk.
