Attend a free Mat Pilates class on Zoom, Monday, March 1st, from 11:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. This class is suitable for beginner & intermediate level participants. Pilates is an excellent way to reduce back pain, strengthen your core, and increase flexibility with low impact floor exercises that target the deep muscles of the abdomen and spine.
