The next session of Pilates will be held via Zoom on Mondays, March 8 – April 26, 11:45am – 12:30pm. This class is suitable for beginner & intermediate level participants. Pilates is an excellent way to reduce back pain, strengthen your core, and increase flexibility with low impact floor exercises that target the deep muscles of the abdomen and spine.
