A complimentary Hatha yoga trial class will be held via Zoom on Monday, March 29, 11:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Hatha yoga incorporates the practice of asana (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which brings peace and deep nourishment to the body & mind.
A complimentary Vinyasa flow yoga trial class will be held via Zoom on Thursday, 4/1, from 11:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Flow, breathe andgGo. Movement with mindfulness and meditation. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned yogi, this class is for you! Basic foundations of yoga are taught with options to advance your practice to meet what your body is craving.
