Virtual Hatha Yoga class begins April 5

The next session of Hatha Yoga will be held via Zoom on Mondays, April 5 – May 24, from 11:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.  Hatha Yoga incorporates the practice of asana (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which brings peace and deep nourishment to the body and mind. Register now by completing the Fitness Class Registration Form and emailing it to Jeanne Ecker.
