The next session of Vinyasa Flow yoga will be held via Zoom on Thursdays, April 8 – May 27, from 11:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Flow, breathe and go. Movement with mindfulness and meditation. Whether you are beginner yogi or a seasoned yogi, this class is for you! Basic foundations of yoga are taught with options to advance your practice to meet what your body is craving.
