Virtual hatha yoga begins June 14

The next session of hatha yoga will be held via Zoom on Mondays from 11:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., June 14 – August 16 (8 classes, no class on July 5 or August 9). Hatha yoga incorporates the practice of asana (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which brings peace and deep nourishment to the body and mind. The fee for this session is $70.
