Expired badges

Effective August 2, all personnel whose badge has expired or will expire will be required to schedule an appointment with the badging office to pick up a new badge.

Badge appointments must be received two business days in advance. No walk-in or same-day badge appointments will be accepted. Please make sure you arrive during your scheduled time slot. Late arrivals may be turned away.

Appointments can be made at https://www-esh.fnal.gov/pls/default/event_calendar.pick_date?this_event_id=1467. Appointments are not final until a confirmation email is received from accesscontrol@fnal.gov. The list of appointments will be sent to the Security Operation Center by 4 p.m. the prior business day to ensure gate access.
