Expired badges

Effective August 2, all personnel whose badge has expired or will expire will be required to schedule an appointment with the badging office to pick up a new badge.

Badge appointments must be received two business days in advance. No walk-in or same-day badge appointments will be accepted. Please make sure you arrive during your scheduled time slot. Late arrivals may be turned away.

Appointments can be made via the scheduler at https://www-esh.fnal.gov/pls/cert/event_calendar.pick_date?this_event_id=1467. Appointments are not final until a confirmation email is received from accesscontrol@fnal.gov. The list of appointments will be sent to the Security Operation Center by 4 p.m. the prior business day to ensure gate access.
