Fermilab employees are invited to submit Lab-Directed R&D (LDRD) proposals for the coming year (2021). Proposals are due by Friday, Aug. 27. Information sessions for prospective P.I.s will be held on Thursday, Aug. 5, and Thursday, Aug. 19. Connection information for these sessions can be found on the lab-wide calendar and on the Fermilab LDRD site. We invite employee initiated proposals that are novel, cutting edge, and explore forefront areas of science and technology. The program will enhance the laboratory’s ability to carry out the mission of DOE and the laboratory in areas that are outside current programmatic activities but are well-aligned with the strategic goals of the laboratory.
