Password Reset Tool requires lab network connection/VPN

To access the Password Reset Tool, you must now connect to the lab network, either directly or via VPN.

For most password reset cases, all you need to do is connect to the lab network directly or by using VPN. However, if you have forgotten your Services account password, you must call the Service Desk  to have your password reset. Be prepared to attend a Zoom meeting with video and proof of your identity (photo ID–driver’s license or passport).
