System improvements and their impact on procurements

If you are an Oracle E-Business Suite user, you are already aware that the Computing Division is upgrading to a required major new release of eBS. The eBS system supports many of the accounting, procurement and other financial operations at Fermilab.

This upgrade is expected to start at 6 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 3, and complete by 6 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 8. During this time the eBS system will be unavailable for use. Procurement will not be able to enter or award purchase orders or approve invoices.
