This virtual 30-minute Zoom class focuses on sculpting the abs, hips, glutes, and legs. Participants will learn a variety of exercises designed to increase overall core strength, improve definition and strengthen the lower back area. There are 8 weeks in the session. Class dates are Wednesdays, Oct. 27 – Dec. 22, from 12-12:30 p.m. No class on Nov. 24. Session fee is $50.
