This virtual muscle toning class meets for a fun and effective workout, designed for all fitness levels. It can build endurance and strong muscles, speed up metabolism, and improve balance and flexibility. Endurance training develops long, lean, well-shaped and toned musculature – muscles that are strong and do not fatigue easily. Sign up for 10 classes or all 20. If you choose the 10-class program, you can choose any 10 days within the session that work for you. Class dates are Tuesdays and Fridays, Oct. 26, 2021 – Jan. 11, 2022. Tuesday classes are from 5 – 6 p.m., and Friday classes are from 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. Full-session fee is $110, and half-session fee (any 10 days within the session) is $55. Please register by Monday, Oct. 25, by completing the Fitness Class Registration Form and emailing it to Jeanne Ecker, in Recreation & Community Engagement.
