The 2022 Mentoring Program cohort will start in January 2022. To ensure all potential mentees for this cohort have the benefit of participating in this developmental opportunity, we are looking for additional mentors.
We ask for your assistance in identifying and encouraging those in your department(s) to volunteer as mentors to increase the pool of mentors for the 2022 cohort. Qualifications for mentors are simple: have a strong interest in mentoring others and a desire to learn. Benefits include being able to cultivate tomorrow’s leaders, gain new perspectives and enhance development skills.
