Week 2 of Healthy Holiday Challenges begins the week of November 29th with a Community Challenge. Giving Tuesday is known as a day when people come together to do something to support the causes and communities they care about. You could offer a simple act of kindness that makes someone smile, donate to those in need, or volunteer your time. Not sure where to start? VolunteerMatch.org is a site where local non-profits post their volunteer needs. Volunteer Match has virtual opportunities available as well. All acts of generosity count, and everyone has something to give. Join the global generosity movement and commit to giving back during this season of giving. Weekly Healthy Holiday Challenges will take place through the end of December. If you haven’t signed up yet, it’s not too late. Participants will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win an outdoor winter prize. To join the Healthy Holiday Challenges, visit https://get-connected.fnal.gov/recreation/HolidayChallenges/.
