Healthy Holiday Challenges Week 3

Week 3 of Healthy Holiday Challenges begins the week of December 6 with a snacking challenge. Research suggests that your body burns calories less efficiently later in the day. This week’s challenge is to skip the holiday treats and snacks after 8 p.m. Enjoy the foods of the holidays in moderation, but there’s no need to overindulge for the next three weeks.
