Healthy Holiday Challenges week 5

Week 5 of Healthy Holiday Challenges begins the week of Dec. 20 with a Stress & Sleep Challenge. It’s time to unplug and unwind. Turn off all screen devices 1 hour before bed. This allows you to de-stress, relax and sleep better. Strive for 7-8 hours of sleep.

Weekly Healthy Holiday Challenges will continue to take place through the end of December. You can still sign up and be entered into a drawing for a chance to win an outdoor winter prize.
