Recreation and Community Engagement is inviting you to participate in a 28-day Plank Challenge. Our February goal for you is to strengthen your core muscles, and what better way to do that than with plank exercises! You can choose your plank goal of a one, two or five-minute plank in 28 days. You can also choose your plank style, full plank or low plank. Join the plank challenge here! At the end of the registration, click “done” to be redirected to the 28-day Plank Challenge calendar where you will see a daily schedule that will help you meet your goal.
