WHAT ARE WE DOING?
The site access team has created a new form that will enable remote contractors, users and affiliates who have active computing accounts to request onsite access. This new form has fewer required fields than the existing onsite access request form that those who do not have active computing accounts must use.
WHAT IS THE IMPACT TO YOU?
Onsite access requests via this new form will still require log in to ServiceNow using SSO/Services accounts, and the requests will undergo the necessary approval processes (POC, affiliation representative, export control, foreign visits and assignments, agreements, and formal and informal invitations processes).
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Subcontractors, users and affiliates with active computing accounts may request onsite access using the form at https://fermi.servicenowservices.com/evg_legacy_sc.do?sysparm_sysid=75ea69c11bce7450d189426de54bcbd2 (SSO/Services account login required).
