DiSC: Work of Leaders is a class that distills leadership best practices into a simple, compelling process that helps Fermilab leaders at all levels get immediate results. Using the DiSC Work of Leaders assessment, participants learn about their DiSC leadership style and learn a simple three-step process to help them approach the fundamental work of leaders: vision, alignment and execution. Each participant receives a customized report with recommendations for better interpersonal connections.
