Dear SharePoint users,
We have a localized issue with high impact to SharePoint users that depend on custom solutions developed with Nintex forms. In order to install a Microsoft update, Nintex had to be uninstalled and then installed off hours over the weekend. During this process, the valid licensing key was no longer recognized. We have reported this issue to the vendor, and we are waiting for them to provide a new accepted key. Once this occurs, service should be restored immediately for all custom solutions in SharePoint dependent on Nintex forms.
The following SharePoint applications/forms are currently affected by this outage.
- CCD Reporting Dashboard
- PPD custom forms
- Event Approval System
