This year was rough for snow artists, there was not much to work with. However, some did not let poor snow quality stop them from building a snowman.

- Best Traditional Snowman – Winifred and Marigold Russell with “Do You Want to Build a Snowman”
- 2nd Best Traditional Snowman – Brenda Cervantes and Fatima Ayala with “Our First Snowman”
