As we approach the dates for the virtual Neutrino2022 conference, the FSPA, in coordination with the Fermilab Neutrino Division, is sending the following survey to gauge interest for an on-site watch party and satellite poster session. Please note that in the event of a satellite watch party, we will communicate any and all on-site access information to ensure the safety of all participants and to comply with COVID capacity limits at the lab.
The dates of the virtual conference in Seoul, Korea are Monday, May 30 – Saturday, June 4. We appreciate any feedback that you might have regarding a possible in-person watch party at the lab. Note that given the timezone differences, it is unlikely that we could host a watch party for all major events. However, if there is enough interest, we will coordinate a plan for on-site viewing options for events happening during work hours.
