The 55th Annual Fermilab Users Meeting will take place from June 13-17, 2022. The meeting will be hybrid this year with limited onsite participation.
We request participants register here: https://indico.fnal.gov/event/53944/ and indicate whether they plan to attend in person and which dates, if any, they will be on site. There are a limited number of spaces available for in-person attendance so please indicate that you will be on site only if you have plans to travel to the lab for the meeting.
The registration deadline is May 23, 2022.
All experiment points of contact have received a request for talks along with key information and deadlines, and we are accepting abstracts for posters until May 23. All poster talks will be given remotely to allow everyone a chance to present.
There is a limited number of URA travel grants. Awards will be granted to students and postdocs affiliated with URA institutions (https://www.ura-hq.org/members/member-universities/) and can support eligible travel expenses associated with New Perspectives (to be announced shortly) or the Users Meeting. Preference is given to participants presenting talks. Please feel free to contact bbehera@fnal.gov or sophie@fnal.gov with any questions or concerns.
The theme of this year’s meeting is “Focus on the Future,” and we plan to celebrate achievements of two of Fermilab’s Early Career researchers: Farah Fahim and Jonathan Jarvis, both recipients of DOE Early Career awards.
