The Fermilab Mentoring Program is accepting applications for mentors and mentees for the launch of the 2023 season.
Mentoring is a collaborative learning relationship between individuals who share mutual responsibility and accountability for helping the mentee work toward the fulfillment of clear and mutually defined learning goals.
Who qualifies as a mentor?
Individuals with a strong interest in mentoring others and a desire to learn.
Who qualifies as a mentee?
Individuals who have been at the Lab for a minimum of 2 years and have a desire to learn and develop.
The program requires a 12-month commitment and meeting at least once per month.
