With updates to site access processes, it is essential to emphasize the importance of accurate information on access requests. Please read through the following carefully and reach out to for further information.

Due to the ongoing trend of individuals selecting incorrect information in the access request form, such as the Fermilab affiliation, or entering inaccurate information, such as the home institution, tickets with incorrect information will be cancelled and the individuals will be asked to resubmit.

Moving forward, any access requests with incorrect information will be cancelled. The Campus Access and Foreign National Access Program offices will no longer be correcting information on behalf of the individual.

Any incorrect information on tickets delays the processing of access requests, affects the host assignments for foreign nationals, and potentially complicates the approval process.
