This class meets for a fun and effective workout and is designed for all fitness levels. It can build endurance, strong muscles, speed up metabolism and improve balance and flexibility. This enables better performance in most sports, and most importantly, everyday activities. The next session of Muscle Toning will be held via Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Aug. 23 – Oct. 27, from 5 to 6 p.m. You have the option of signing up for a full session of 20 classes for $110 or a half session of any 10 classes for $55. You can choose any Tuesdays and/or Thursdays that work for you throughout the session.
