The Information Technology Division will be upgrading ServiceNow to the San Diego release.
WHEN WILL THIS OCCUR?
From 3:15 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 22, to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 23 Central Time
WHAT IS THE IMPACT TO YOU?
- Within the upgrade window stated above, ServiceNow is expected to remain available for use. However, you may notice intermittent issues as various items are being updated.
- After the upgrade, users may notice a slightly different look and feel, but the major functionality will remain the same.
