The Information Technology Division (ITD) has replaced the Enterprise Systems Account Request form with a modern, electronic version, streamlining the previous manual process.
WHAT IS THE IMPACT TO YOU?
Beginning today, all requests and approvals for Enterprise Applications Accounts must be submitted and approved electronically in ServiceNow. You no longer need to email approvers to obtain digital signatures.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
All account requests that were in progress prior to Oct. 17 should be completed using digital approvals on the old form. Beginning today, Oct. 17, new requests must be made using the new Enterprise Applications Account Request form.
