ES&H announces Paul Satti as new WPC program manager

Paul Satti

The Fermilab Work Planning and Control program is critical to keeping Fermilab workers safe as they execute their daily work activities. The Environment, Safety and Health Division has established a new program manager role to lead the Fermilab WPC program, and we are happy to announce that Paul Satti will be filling this role.

Paul has been in this role since September and is working to lead and evolve the program. As part of this WPC program evolution, Paul will be evaluating the current state of our WPC program and working hard to strengthen the tools and processes we have put in place. Paul will manage and is the point of contact for IMPACT, the laboratory’s WPC implementation tool and database. He will be creating and enhancing WPC training programs designed to teach people the benefits of sound WPC practices. He will also focus on arranging field assistance to provide on-the-ground WPC support to scientific researchers, operations personnel and front-line supervisors. In addition, he will lead the WPC subpanel and work across the lab to keep the program on the continuous improvement journey.

Please feel free to reach out to Paul (psatti@fnal.gov, ext. 3685) with any WPC questions or concerns and to congratulate him on this new role!
