The Campus Access Office, which includes the Foreign National Access Program (FNAP) Office and Visa Office, will be closed during the voluntary winter break, Dec. 23, 2022, – Jan. 2, 2023.
Please note that the Housing Office will have limited hours of operations during the winter break. Please contact them directly (housing@fnal.gov) to ensure your reservation is confirmed prior to the winter break.
In anticipation of the winter break, the Campus Access Office is requesting that the affiliations communicate to their users, affiliates, subcontractors, and business visitors the following dates:
- Submit access requests by Monday, Nov. 21
- Complete onboarding by Friday, Dec. 16
Due to the approvals and processing time needed for access requests and onboarding, it is important that these dates are adhered to if individuals will require access during the winter break.
Access requests submitted and onboarding completed after these dates will be processed after the winter break.
