Services account will be added as a new login option for FermiWorks Thursday, Dec. 1

WHAT ARE WE DOING?

You will soon be able to use your Services account as an additional login method for FermiWorks (Workday). This login option will require a Fermilab-issued YubiKey or RSA token for multifactor authentication. Those with Services account will have one fewer password to remember.

Those of you who don’t have a Services account or a YubiKey/RSA token can continue to use your FermiWorks username and password to log in.

WHEN WILL THIS OCCUR?

Thursday, Dec. 1; at 8 a.m. Central Time

WHAT IS THE IMPACT TO YOU?

Starting from 8 a.m. on Dec. 1, if you have Services account and a Fermilab-issued YubiKey/RSA token, you can log in with your Services account and your YubiKey PIN or RSA token passcode. For all others, you can continue to use your FermiWorks username and password to log in.
