Procurement will be holding an hour-long online training class on Wednesday, Dec. 21. The class will focus on a new subcontractor performance assessment online tool that provides the ability to evaluate, record and track the performance of a subcontractor’s work. This requirement for subcontractor performance assessments applies to all contracts and subcontracts at or above the simplified acquisition threshold, as set by the Federal Acquisition Regulation at 48 CFR Subpart 2.1, of $250,000.
Our goal with this new automated assessment tool is to simplify and centralize the records system for evaluating subcontractors and supplier performance. This class will help users assess a subcontractor’s work more simply utilizing this easy online tool. By improving the quality and consistency of procurement performance, we can work together to drive organizational excellence.
The class takes place on Wednesday, Dec. 21 from 2:30–3:30 p.m. It is open to all Fermilab employees, and registration is required. To register, follow this link.
