WHAT ARE WE DOING?

The Information Technology Division will be upgrading network attached storage (NAS) disk storage arrays, which store all Teamcenter data.

WHEN WILL THIS OCCUR?

Teamcenter will not be available from 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 20 to 6 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 21 Central Time.

WHAT IS THE IMPACT TO YOU?

Teamcenter will not be available during the time stated above.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

Log off Teamcenter and NX prior to the end of the workday today. If you encounter any issues after the maintenance, please submit a Service Desk ticket for assistance.
