Promoting Inclusive Equitable Research plan informational sessions

Effective Jan. 1, PIER plans are a new requirement for funding proposals submitted to the Office of Science. The Office of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility has created a PIER plan website with guidance and resources for laboratory staff developing funding proposals (Services log-in required).

Informational sessions have been scheduled to provide information regarding the guidance that has been developed, the internal approval process for submitting PIER plans, and the opportunity to have any questions answered.

Sessions will be held during the months of February and March. Registration is required.

Thursday, Feb. 16, at 1 p.m. CST

Thursday, Feb. 23, at 1 p.m. CST

Thursday, March 2, at 1 p.m. CST

Thursday, March 9, at 1 p.m. CST

The Office of EDIA is forming a working group to revise and update PIER plan guidance as proposals are submitted and based on feedback from the Fermilab community. Please contact Amanda Early (aearly@fnal.gov) to join the working group.
