As of January 1, 2023, Executive Order 14026 stipulates that the minimum wage rate that generally must be paid to workers performing work on or in connection with covered contracts increased to $16.20 per hour.
Updated seasonal and on-call rates are located on the Compensation/Pay Rates website. These seasonal rates do not include internships that are part of a formal program, however internship positions must also adhere to the new minimum wage rate.
Please account for these new rates during budget planning.
