In order to address a Requested Item (RITM) lifecycle issue in Service Now that is preventing metrics from being collected, a change will be made to prevent the ‘Categorization’ and the ‘State’ fields of RITMs from being updated at the same time. WHAT ARE WE DOING? Apple will be releasing the latest version of macOS, Catalina (v10.15) soon. Computing is currently evaluating Catalina to ensure that the new macOS is compatible with the various central management services, configuration and security policies and that it complies with the existing macOS baseline.
