On March 22, 2017, members of the Muon g-2 collaboration gathered at Fermilab, in front of the MC-1 building, which houses their experiment. At 10 a.m. CDT today, April 7, 2021, the collaboration will announce the first results of the experiment.
Old barbed wire, probably dating back to a time when most of the Fermilab site was still farmland, surrounds a tree stump in the woods near Wilson Hall.
