Inspired by the Italian classes provided by some of our international colleagues, we’re starting up individual cooking classes. Our first week will focus on Transylvanian cuisine! Due to scheduling conflicts, these classes will be held only at night, at least one hour after sunset. We will provide all ingredients and meet in the Small Dining Room in Wilson Hall. The long season of warm weather produced a bumper crop of vegetables for members of the Fermilab Garden Club, and we need your help! This Thursday, join us in harvesting belladonna, devil’s snare, wormwood, mandrakes, moonseed, rosethorn and valerian root. These will be used to create the magical brew that keeps the accelerator running with such high performance throughout the year. Volunteers will be treated to pumpkin pie. Non-volunteers will be tricked.

The pub will have special hours on Monday, October 31, to test out new menu items.
