Please be advised that as part of the Sanitary System Improvements Project, there will be some contractor activity in the vicinity of Pine Street West on Friday October 14, 2022. The work will result in a lane restriction on Pine Street West. Please be advised starting Monday, 10/3 and running through to Saturday 10/8, the road/surrounding area between the Wilson Hall loading dock and A0 berm will be closed to vehicular and pedestrian traffic.   The Ramsey Horseshoe traffic pattern will be modified to accommodate two way traffic to maintain access to the WH loading dock.  All pedestrian traffic to & from the A0 parking lot shall be routed through the A0 crossover for the duration of this closure. Stock Room reopening

The Fermilab stockroom (Located in Warehouse 1 on the Batavia site) will reopen for in-person visits as a trial run. Beginning October 3, badged Fermilab personnel can physically visit the stock room between the hours of 12: 30 p.m. and 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. Before visiting, persons are asked to verify they are authorized purchasers and have a valid project/task code for the purchase of items. Customers are also asked not to loiter for the benefit of everyone.

This is a reminder of upcoming power outages to facilitate laboratory maintenance on the site power distribution systems. Prior to the outages, it is recommended that you power down any equipment that may be impacted by sudden loss of power. Please do not use elevators during the power outages. The first of two outages on Tuesday, September 6 will be from 7 to 8 a.m. CT.  This outage impacts all Fermilab locations powered by the Master Substation (MSS) on the Batavia site….
