Neutrinos in a New Light is an exhibition of PHSCologram sculptures, Oculus Rift Virtual Reality, projection mapping and 3D printing, all depicting Ellen Sandor and (art)n’s work with Fermilab as their 2016 Artist in Residency. The exhibition artistically examines Fermilab scientists’ research including NOvA, MINOS and MINERvA neutrino detectors as well as their new MicroBooNE argon chamber detector. The final works are on display at Fermilab from December 2, 2016 through March 17, 2017.
The DuPage Symphony Orchestra and guest soloist In Mo Yang will present “Three B’s With a Twist”, featuring Brahms: Violin Concerto in D Major, Beethoven: Coriolan Overture, and Bizet: L’Arlesienne, Suites No. 1 & 2. The DuPage Symphony Orchestra and the Naperville Chorus will present a concert “Opera Gala” at 8 PM both Friday 5/6 and Saturday 5/7 at the Wentz Concert Hall in downtown Naperville.
