This FREE 10-week program, beginning March 17, can teach you to run/speed walk, improve your fitness and assist you in losing weight and lowering cholesterol. If you’re not interested in running, please join us and walk. Week one will consist of running/speed walking for two minutes and walking for four minutes, repeated five times. February’s plank challenge saw 117 participants who challenged themselves to a one-, two- or five-minute plank goal in 28 days. Congratulations to all those who participated in this fitness challenge.
