This complimentary 10-week class will teach you to run, improve your fitness, and assist you in losing weight and lowering cholesterol. Take this opportunity to get out and get some exercise! Walkers, runners and want-to-be-runners are welcome to participate. Week one will consist of running/speed walking two minutes and walking four, repeated five times, for a total of 30 minutes. The next hybrid session of Honest Abs class will be held in person in the Group Exercise Room of the Fitness Center and via Zoom on Wednesdays, Aug. 10 – Oct. 5, from 12-12:30 p.m. (No class on Aug. 24.) Fermilab softball is coming back to the Village for employees and users. The plan is to have one pick-up game per week on a rotating night. We will start with Thursday nights at 5:30 p.m. and add nights if player availability increases.
