This 30-minute complimentary trial class will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, Oct. 20, from 12-12:30 p.m. The class focuses on sculpting the abs, hips, glutes, and legs. Participants will learn a variety of exercises designed to increase overall core strength, improve definition and strengthen the lower back area. All DOE lab employees, users/affiliates and their spouses and dependent children are allowed to participate. Mile must take place outdoors on any route/path you choose between now and Oct. 11. Walkers and runners are broken down by employee/user, spouse and dependents by age. Everyone is welcome, runner or otherwise. Walk2Run and Walk2Walk begins remotely the week of Aug. 30. Take this opportunity to get out and get some exercise. Walkers, runners, and want-to-be-runners are welcome to participate. Let’s stay fit and healthy while working remotely. Free trial pilates class

Attend a free Mat Pilates class on Zoom, Monday, March 1st, from 11:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. This class is suitable for beginner & intermediate level participants. Pilates is an excellent way to reduce back pain, strengthen your core, and increase flexibility with low impact floor exercises that target the deep muscles of the abdomen and spine.
