Flu vaccines are still available  for the  flu clinic that is being held on Tuesday 10/24/17, and Wednesday 10/25/17, in the medical department.  Go to the ESH&Q medical page to sign up.

Fermilab Flu Vaccine Clinic Registration is open for appointments on the ESH&Q page or the Fermilab Medical Office page. Clinic days for vaccine will be: October 17, 2017  8 a.m. – 12 p.m. October 18, 2017 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. October 24, 2017 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. October 25, 2017 12 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. An appointment is needed; unfortunately we cannot accommodate walk-ins.  Please contact the medical office if you have any questions. 630-840-3232

Have your cholesterol, blood glucose, blood pressure and body composition checked confidentially on Tuesday, Jan. 10, or Wednesday, Jan. 11, at the Training Center from 7:30 a.m.-12 p.m. Register at https://www.hsscreeningreg.com/. Enter username “fermi” and password “healthy”. Employees that signed up last year can enroll as an existing customer using fermi email and ID# digits only (no letter). You may have heard recently in the news the Illinois Department of Public Health has confirmed mosquitoes have tested positive for the dreaded West Nile virus in northern Illinois. No human cases have been reported yet, and there are steps you can take to avoid being infected.
