The Fermilab Travel Office will be closed from Friday, Dec. 24, 2021 through Monday, Jan. 3, 2022. You may contact Omega Travel after hours desk at 800-285-6342 if you need to modify your existing DOE approved travel bookings. When calling Omega Travel after-hours desk, please reference the Fermilab code ID-S-1OGF-FNAL and an Omega Travel representative will assist you. All new travel bookings can begin from Jan. 4, 2022, when the Travel Office opens and can ensure DOE approval.

The Visa Office will be closed from Dec. 24 through Jan. 3. The office will be on-call for emergencies during the voluntary winter break. In addition, the Visa Office will be operating under limited hours during the weeks before and after the voluntary break. The limited hours will commence on Monday, Dec. 20.
