Talent Development will be launching a condensed version of the lab’s Harassment and Discrimination training. This shorter version is Illinois State-compliant and required by the state annually. On June 30, employees who have not completed the annual requirement for this year will see Harassment and Discrimination Prevention 2022 due on their Training Summary/ITNA, and will have 30 days from June 30 to complete the requirement. During the pandemic several training due dates were extended according to the DOE regulatory relief plan. We need to ensure our employees’ training is up-to-date to perform work safely. As a result, we will be allowing the regulatory relief extension in TRAIN to expire. This will indicate past-due training and will start sending reminders to complete training or qualifications.
