The Fermilab Mentoring Program is soliciting profiles for mentors and mentees for the 2022 season. Mentoring is a collaborative learning relationship between individuals who share mutual responsibility and accountability for helping the mentee work toward the fulfillment of clear and mutually defined learning goals. Coffee Collisions is a year-long pilot program offering early career women scientists, computer professionals and engineers a chance to connect informally and virtually with a senior member from Fermilab, Argonne National Laboratory or the University of Chicago every month.
