Over the course of the next year, the Quality Section will work with the rest of the lab to develop processes and systems that will enable us to successfully meet Nigel Lockyer’s objective of “growing the quality program across the lab in business systems and engineering.” We’ll assist staff in understanding how the integration of a vibrant and dynamic Quality Assurance Program can have a positive impact on how we do our work.

Effective August 1, 2017 the Key and ID Office will be renamed to the Badging Office. The office will report to Global Services and the key function will remain with security.
