An early dismissal was encouraged for employees working on site due to predicted severe weather and a tornado warning issued on Monday, Aug. 10, at 3:40 p.m. for Batavia and surrounding areas. Employees must use the ‘Other Pay’ code to reflect unworked hours on timesheets due to Monday’s early dismissal.

Personnel working onsite and all others teleworking must code hours worked on their Kronos timesheets as usual (with a notation to indicate telecommuting where appropriate by right clicking in the comments section). You should add the telecommuting comment to only one entry per day; it is not necessary to add it to every entry if you have multiple entries. Timecards for the week of Dec 17 – 23 are due on Wednesday Dec 19 due to the holidays.
Timecards for the week of Dec 24-30 are due on Friday Dec 28 due to the holidays.
Reminder: 2018 Float Holiday balance must be used and reported on timecards by December 31, 2018 or it will be lost. All balances not used and reported will be deleted for 2018. If questions please contact lsmith@fnal.gov
WHAT ARE WE DOING? The Fermilab Time and Labor system (FTL) will be upgraded to a new version on Thursday, July 27. After the upgrade, most functionality will remain the same, but the user interface will be slightly different. If you were unable to use the Java version in the past, you may wish to try the Flash version for enhanced functionality.
