Users Center

Due to an unexpected paperwork glitch, the Users Center bar was not able to serve liquor on Wed., July 20. We apologize for the inconvenience and expect that bar service will resume Thursday, July 21. As a reminder, the hours of operation are Wednesday to Friday from 4 until 11 p.m. Please note that the wearing of your Fermilab ID badge will be required at all times while visiting the Users Center in compliance with Fermilab policy.

After much anticipation the Users Center will reopen for business on Wednesday, July 13, at 4:00 p.m. Please stop by and see your favorite mixologist Tania and see what is new and what has changed. The lunch for Chez Leon will be held on Wednesday, August 7, from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. The cost is $15.00 per person. The menu for this day:  Starter –firecracker watermelon salad.  Entrée – barbeque chicken breast w/ black bean & corn salsa and summer squash. Dessert – peach cobbler. Reservations must be received by Friday, August 2, to insure proper food ordering for this event. Please call ext. 3524 for reservations

Trivia will return to the Frontier on Wednesday, July 10, at 6 p.m. Come enjoy a night of fun and friendly competition, with Trivia host Jaime! All Fermilab users, employees, contractors, and their guests are invited. A special Indian food buffet will also be held on this night starting at 4 pm.

The Frontier Pub will be closed the week of July 1, and will reopen on July 10 with regular hours. The Users Center will be open Monday Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday with regular hours, and will be closed on Thursday, July 4.

The January lunch for Chez Leon will be held on Wednesday January 9, 2019 from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. The cost is $15.00 per person. The menu for this day is cream of asparagus soup, sautéed chicken breast topped with artichoke hearts, mushrooms, and lemon butter sauce over linguine, chef’s vegetables, and New York style cheesecake. Please call ext. 3524 for reservations.
